at77 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings that apply throughout the document:

• "at77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the at77 online betting and gaming service operated at at77.wine.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any person who registers for and uses an at77 account.
• "Account" means the personal at77 account opened by a Player following successful registration and verification.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in a Player's at77 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bets or other incentive funds credited to a Player's account by at77.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they are eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Platform Services" means all sports betting, casino games, card games, Ludo, live dealer games and any other gaming or betting services available through the at77 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on at77.

2. Eligibility

Access to at77 Platform Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously maintained throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. at77 operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly provide services to minors. If at77 discovers or reasonably suspects that an account is held by a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings generated during this period will be forfeited.
• You must be a genuine, living individual. Corporate entities, partnerships and other non-personal legal structures may not register accounts on at77.
• You must not have been previously excluded from at77 or have had an account closed by at77 for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting solely on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. at77 accounts may not be used to place bets or operate games on behalf of third parties.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement. at77 does not accept liability for Players who misrepresent their eligibility.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on at77 requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other fields required at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to at77.

3.1 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one registered account on the at77 platform. Opening additional accounts — whether using the same details, different mobile numbers, different devices or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. at77's fraud detection systems monitor for duplicate accounts automatically. In the event of detection, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and all Wallet Balances and Bonus Funds will be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your at77 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. at77 will treat any activity performed under your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact at77 support immediately at support@at77.wine. at77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

at77 may require Players to complete an identity verification process at any stage — at registration, prior to a withdrawal, following a change of account details or in response to regulatory requirements. Verification documents typically required include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. at77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on at77 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). at77 does not impose any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from the platform's side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside at77's control.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

at77 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. at77 reserves the right to add, modify or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to at77 are typically processed within 5–45 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 15 minutes to 4 hours for IBFT bank transfers, subject to banking hours. at77 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to payment providers or banking systems. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts; funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All at77 transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR. at77 does not accept, process or pay out in any foreign currency. If a deposit is made using a Visa or Mastercard card denominated in a foreign currency, your card issuer's exchange rate and any associated conversion fee will apply. at77 is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses or fees applied by your card issuer.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

at77 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, enhanced odds and other incentive offers to Players. All promotions are subject to at77's General Bonus Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the Bonus Funds being credited to the account. Unused Bonus Funds expire and are removed from the account on the stated expiry date.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the Platform Services specified in the relevant promotion. Attempting to meet wagering requirements on excluded game types may result in the Bonus Funds being voided.
• at77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions that have already been credited to Player accounts will continue under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

at77 operates sophisticated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus; hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements on high-variance games. Where bonus abuse is identified, at77 reserves the right to void the Bonus Funds, void all associated winnings and permanently close the offending account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Placing a bet or entering a game on at77 constitutes your acceptance of all rules applicable to that bet or game. at77's betting rules and game-specific rules are published within each Platform Service and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on at77 are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. In-play bet acceptance is subject to at77's technical capability to process the bet at the time of submission. at77 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void specific bets or decline bet requests where there is evidence of market irregularity, match-fixing, data feed errors or system anomalies. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Wallet Balance in full.

6.2 Casino and Card Games

All casino and card games available on at77 are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game. Live dealer games use physical cards dealt by professional dealers; outcomes are final once announced by the dealer. RNG-based games use certified random number generation; the payout percentages for each game are published within the game information panel. at77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data feed failure affecting a bet or game on at77, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Wallet Balances. Payouts resulting from manifest errors — including software bugs or incorrect odds — will not be honoured and the affected stakes will be returned. at77 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage
• Using the at77 platform for any form of money laundering, including placing bets with funds derived from illegal activity
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, card game or other multi-player game format
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool or other mechanical device to place bets or play games
• Exploiting any vulnerability, software bug or pricing error on the at77 platform
• Attempting to access at77 systems, servers or databases through any means other than the standard user interface
• Using a VPN, proxy server or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions applied by at77
• Engaging in chip dumping, seat selling or any other form of manipulation in multi-player game formats
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards at77 staff or other Players

8. Responsible Gaming

at77 is fully committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools, free of charge, to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit caps on your at77 account. Limits take effect immediately when set; increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they apply.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. at77 will display a reminder and, if you choose, automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure timed pop-up reminders during active gaming sessions showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your at77 account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During this period, you cannot deposit, bet or play. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from at77. Self-exclusion requests are implemented immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. at77 will close the account and return any Wallet Balance to the withdrawal method on file.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the at77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds formats, graphics, text and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of at77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the at77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any at77 content or software without the prior written consent of at77. Unauthorised use of at77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount of the Wallet Balance held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• at77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• at77 is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, force majeure events or regulatory actions.
• at77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
• at77 is not responsible for any loss of data, winnings or progress attributable to your own device, internet connection or browser configuration.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Closure by Player

You may close your at77 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to support@at77.wine. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, at77 will process any remaining Wallet Balance to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure process to complete. Accounts with open bets or active bonus wagering requirements cannot be closed until those obligations are resolved.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by at77

at77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Player

Where an account is closed by at77 for breach of Terms, any Wallet Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Wallet Balance will be returned in full. Confirmed breach of Terms may result in permanent forfeiture of balances.

12. Amendments to These Terms

at77 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, at77 will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the at77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at at77.wine/terms-conditions and carries the date of last update in the header of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. at77 endeavours to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal disputes resolution process.

If you have a complaint or dispute with at77, you must first contact the at77 support team in writing, setting out the full nature of your complaint, any supporting evidence and your proposed resolution. at77 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with at77's response, further escalation options will be communicated to you at that stage.
